Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Airstack mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

Airstack provides flight tracking services, allowing users to track commercial airline flights and private aircraft, receive notifications about flight status changes, follow other users, and maintain a personal flight history.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false or misleading information about flights
• Use flight data for illegal surveillance or stalking

Flight Data Accuracy

Flight data is provided by third-party sources and is subject to delays, errors, and changes. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight data. The Service should not be used as the sole source of information for critical decisions.

Important: Always verify flight information directly with the airline or airport before making travel decisions.

Subscriptions and Payments

Airstack may offer premium features through paid subscriptions. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are handled through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Airstack and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as profile information and shared flights). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airstack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
